So on Saturday we went up to Judy & Dan’s for Harris family “Christmas” which is almost always the second or third week of January and really defies the name of “Christmas” in every measurable respect. Even the Orthodox church is done with it by the time we get around to celebrating. The tree tends to be a bit long in the tooth by the time we get to it.
Not the point of this post, though. As we went from the QEW to the 427, it struck me: How do bald Jews keep their yarmulkas on?
Do they use double-sided tape? Suction-cups? Some kind of kosher paste? It’s not exactly keeping me up at night but I really want to know. Most non-bald Jewish men I’ve seen use a bobby pin or similar to keep things in place but that would hardly work for a chrome dome.
