Okay to be fair, this is not very new music. Â Some of it has been around for more than a decade but I’m guessing not a lot of people have heard of it. Â This came courtesy of Josh, our worship minister. Â The ZOE Group puts together CDs, sheet music and (more recently) mp3 downloads of acapella arrangements of worship music. Â When we were starting out with our Sunday night worship service we used a tonne of their arrangements. Â They’re not exactly something I’d listen to for entertainment but they are a fantastic resource to add new songs to your worship service. Â New new songs. Â Written since the last edition of Songs of Faith and Praise was issued, anyway.

I didn’t watch the Oscars tonight.
This is not really any kind of momentous admission or anything. Â I hadn’t planned to watch the Oscars. Â I don’t think I’ve seen anything that is nominated. Â Not even for the little stuff. Â Certainly none of the best picture nominees and I don’t think any of the best actor options. Â One thing that most people I know know (and now all of you will know as well) is that Amy and I don’t have a TV. Â We haven’t had one at all since we got married. Â This has had some interesting effects on our marriage.

What a full day today has been. Â Full in a manner of speaking. Â I suppose a day cannot be considered truly full if it begins at 11:51 a.m. Â I stayed up really, really ridiculously late almost all week. Â Last night in particular.
